Arindam being the partner of 2nd Families leads a talented, result driven team known for its reputation for providing comprehensive, integrated Senior Care and strategic communications counsel that drives real business results keeping in mind that the Senior should always get the most out of this company.
Along with his underlying mission to make 2nd Families the Best SENIOR CARE service provider in the country; Arindam is driven by a desire to cultivate a work environment that allows his team mates to do the best work of their lives and strives to empower them to succeed both personally and professionally.
Gouri Roy / Director of PR and Strategy
Gouri is responsible for ensuring that the Public Relations and Marketing strategies being implemented across 2nd Families are creative, engaging and deliver on our Customers expectations.
Her main areas of expertise are financial and professional services and she also consult on crisis management situations across the Business.
As a part of the Organization and being one of the Partner, Gouri work closely with the other Directors to ensure 2nd Families continues to grow and develops its Service offering. Gouri loves the fast pace and creativity of her job, as well as the interesting insights and conversations that come out of meeting so many Elders everyday.
Tushar Chowdhury / Director Client Management and Social Media Strategist
Tushar Chowdhury across the Marketing and Retail technology teams, drafting contributed articles, data reports, white papers and more.
He is responsible for maintaining the quality and standard of 2nd Families. After working as a Marketing and Business Development Head for more than 12years he now work alongside the PR, Research and Content Marketing teams to produce creative thought leadership articles, case studies and content for all of 2nd Families clients. I also hold the keys to our pool of talented freelance specialists which we call "the stable".
